The Apollo Thesis

FOLLOW THE HOMEOWNER’S JOURNEY. FIND THE BOTTLENECK.

You can be good at your trade, invest in marketing, and still have opportunities slip away. We follow the experience between a homeowner hearing your name and meeting you for an estimate, then find the bottleneck holding the next step back.

The business behind the marketing

YOU HAVE A BUSINESS TO RUN.

Your crew needs an answer. A supplier is calling. An estimate still needs to go out. Marketing is supposed to support the business, but when every part needs your attention, it becomes one more job waiting on you.

When the schedule needs work, buying more leads can feel like the obvious move. Sometimes it is. But if the people already reaching out are getting stuck before anyone has a real conversation with them, more leads only put more pressure on the same weak spot.

Your website, reviews, ads, and follow-up all need attention, and you have very little time to chase every handoff. We find the constraint, put the right system around it, and make responsibility clear so you can stay focused on estimates, customers, crews, and delivery.

Picture the homeowner’s journey

THEY HEARD GOOD THINGS.
THEN THEY LOOKED YOU UP.

A neighbor recommends you. The homeowner searches your name. They find a few reviews, but can’t tell if you do the project they have in mind.

They send a request anyway. It reaches an inbox no one checks until later. They don’t know if you received it, so they keep looking.

You might never know how close that homeowner was to booking an estimate. More attention alone wouldn’t resolve the unanswered request.

An example of a gap we look for, not an assumption about your business.

One experience, all connected

EVERY PART OF THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY MATTERS.

The homeowner sees one business. They do not care who built the website, ran the ad, sent the review request, or manages the inbox. They only notice whether each step makes sense.

  1. 01

    Find

Can the right homeowner discover you?

  2. 02

    Trust

Does what they see give them confidence?

  3. 03

    Contact

Is it easy to ask about their project?

  4. 04

    Respond

Does someone carry the conversation forward?

  5. 05

    Meet

Are the estimate details clear to both sides?

When those pieces have different owners and nobody sees the whole path, gaps are easy to miss. Apollo maps the journey, makes each handoff visible, and clarifies who owns the next step.

Our judgment comes before the work

THE CONSTRAINT DECIDES WHAT WE DO NEXT.

We start with what you want the business to do, what’s already working, and what your team can take on. Then we follow the homeowner’s journey until we can see where momentum stops.

If suitable homeowners rarely find you, demand may need attention. If they find you but hesitate, the missing piece may be trust. If requests arrive but the conversation stalls, the handoff may be the first thing to fix. Different constraints call for different work.

We explain the recommendation in terms you can use to decide: what changes first, what Apollo handles, what your team owns, and how we will know whether it is helping.

Responsibility

YOU SHOULD KNOW WHO OWNS THE NEXT STEP.

Apollo owns the agreed marketing work. Your team owns the estimates, customer conversations, crews, and delivery. When a handoff needs both sides, we decide who owns the next step before work begins.

An inquiry is not an appointment. An appointment is not a sold job. Opportunity value is not money collected. We look at those stages separately so decisions are based on what’s actually happening.

When the next constraint is staffing, production, or another area outside our scope, we say so before recommending more marketing.
