What to expect

KNOW WHAT YOU’RE SAYING YES TO.

You should understand the work, why it matters, what it costs, and what you’ll need to do. Here’s how we get there together.

WE’RE LIKELY A GOOD FIT IF…

  • You run an established contracting business and take pride in the work.
  • You have the capacity to serve more suitable homeowners.
  • You want capable help taking marketing off your plate.
  • You’re willing to invest, share the information we need, and make decisions.
  • You want clear progress and realistic expectations.

Our focus is owner-operated businesses, often with office support and a few crews. Around $250K+ in annual revenue is a useful starting point for the conversation; the right fit also depends on your needs and budget.

WE MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF…

  • You need guaranteed jobs or overnight results.
  • You cannot currently take on or follow up with new customers.
  • You want a service chosen before the problem is understood.
  • You cannot give the access or input needed to do the work.
  • The investment would put the business under financial strain.

It’s better to talk about this early. A useful first conversation can also tell us that the timing or the scope isn’t right.

From first conversation to a clear decision

A SMALL FIRST STEP.
A THOUGHTFUL NEXT ONE.

  1. 01

    Meet for 15 minutes.

Tell us about the business, the work you want, and what’s frustrating. We decide whether a deeper look makes sense.

  2. 02

    Look at the full picture.

We review the relevant parts of your marketing and homeowner journey. We may need questions answered or access to see what’s happening.

  3. 03

    Talk through a recommendation.

We meet separately to explain what needs attention, the proposed work, and why. You receive the scope, costs, and terms in writing.

  4. 04

    Decide, then get started.

Once you decide to proceed, we arrange kickoff, gather what we need, and agree on responsibilities and the order of work.

Responsibilities

CLEAR ON OUR SIDE. CLEAR ON YOURS.

Apollo handles the agreed marketing work.

That can include the website, online presence, advertising, review requests, and the systems that support follow-up and appointment handoffs. We explain what is included in your scope and how we’ll check progress.

Your business delivers the service.

You provide accurate project information, approvals, and access. Your office or designated contact handles the human conversations agreed in the plan. Your team owns estimates, pricing, crews, and project delivery.

If a handoff needs both sides, we agree who does what.

Costs & scope

WHAT SHOULD YOUR MARKETING INVESTMENT DO FOR YOU?

Start with the work you want more of, the capacity you have, and what happens to the people already reaching out. Those answers help us recommend where to focus and what a sensible investment looks like.

What already works.

We look at the website, reputation, and follow-up you already have. Useful work should keep earning its place in the plan.

What needs setting up or fixing.

A focused repair and a new website involve different work. We explain the setup needed and why it matters.

What we’ll manage afterward.

Ongoing advertising, website updates, and follow-up support depend on the scope you choose. We make those responsibilities clear before starting.

Your written recommendation separates Apollo’s fees, any setup work, and advertising spend where applicable.

Bring your budget to the conversation. We’ll discuss whether the proposed work fits it and what should take priority.

After kickoff

YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE TO GUESS WHAT’S HAPPENING.

Work with a clear next step.

We gather the right access, confirm the people involved, and put the agreed work into place. Requests for your feedback come with context so you know what you’re looking at.

Understand the progress.

Monthly reporting covers completed work, what the results show, and what needs attention next. A form submission, an appointment, and a sold job mean different things. We keep that distinction clear.

Reach someone when you need help.

Our usual response expectation is 24–48 hours. Automated replies to homeowners are a separate part of the customer follow-up process.

Straight answers

BEFORE WE TALK.

Is the intro call free?

Yes. It’s a free 15-minute conversation about your business, your goals, and whether Apollo can help. You do not need to choose a service before we talk.

Will you recommend a new website right away?

Only if the review supports it. We look at what is already working and where homeowners get stuck before recommending a rebuild, advertising, or another change.

Do you guarantee jobs or revenue?

No. We agree on work we can take responsibility for and explain how progress will be measured. Homeowner decisions, your availability, estimates, and project delivery also affect the outcome.

Can you work with our office or receptionist?

Yes. We work through the handoffs with the people who actually handle calls, requests, and appointments. Their involvement helps the process fit your day-to-day work.

Do we need to use every service?

No. The recommendation depends on the gap we find and the work needed to address it.

How much of my time will this take?

We’ll need your input on the business, access to the relevant accounts, and timely feedback. The amount depends on the scope. We make those responsibilities clear before starting.

LET’S SEE IF THIS FITS.

A short conversation about your business and whether Apollo is the right help for what comes next.
